Caustic chemistry sits at the heart of pulp & paper, alumina refining, biodiesel, soap & detergent, textile mercerising and water treatment. American Industrial Chemicals Inc supplies caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) as flakes, pearls, micro-prills and 50% liquid lye, alongside dense and light soda ash, potassium hydroxide (flake and 45/50% solution), hydrated and quick lime, sodium bicarbonate, and aqueous ammonia at 19% and 25%.
Bulk buyers benefit from terminal-direct ISO tank loads and 25 kg / 50 kg / 1 MT supersacks; smaller formulators draw single 25 kg bags or 200 kg drums from regional stock. Mercury-free / membrane-cell caustic is our default — we will not substitute lower-grade product without written approval.
Because moisture pickup and carbonation are the two biggest field problems with caustic chemistry, our packaging is heat-sealed under nitrogen where appropriate and double-lined for export. The Certificate of Analysis records assay, Na2CO3 carryover, NaCl, Fe, sulfate and heavy metals against the spec on the bag.
